Workout from ACT/NSW Sectionals Day 2, WOD 3/4:

  • 600m run; then
  • 2 rounds of:
    • 30 deadlift (80kg/50kg)
    • 30 DB swings (25kg/15kg)
    • 30 ring push-ups
